“Bruno was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about Tenerife and gave us excellent advice for days out and making the most of public transport too. He was always friendly, courteous and attentive. The room is extremely well equipped for self-catering and the balcony was enormous alongside having a roof top terrace, which was absolutely an added bonus, especially useful for early evenings, when the sun was going down. “Handy spot close to the south airport, which is why we booked it for a late evening arrival with a toddler. It’s a large hotel and, as others have mentioned, a little dated in places, but the apartment rooms are spacious and comfortable. Being on the ground floor made it really easy to access the restaurant, where the buffet breakfast was excellent.
The only downside was that an airport shuttle was advertised on Expedia, but when we contacted the hotel in advance to book this in, they said it……

“No AC the beds and pillows are really bad and uncomfortable.
I didn’t feel comfortable sleeping with windows opened. So we had a really bad first night.
