Condo 126 in Historic Mesilla
Perfectly located condo at the gateway to Old Mesilla. Not a detail skipped on this unit. The living area provides great exposure to high ceilings with wood beams. While in the living area anyone can appreciate the gas fireplace, nichos, and direct access to your own balcony. The kitchen is beautifully done with granite counter tops, and all stainless appliances. This unit directly overlooks the pool area and courtyard with barbeque grills. The building has privacy in mind with double walls.

Clean & convenient to Historic Mesilla!
Nice, quiet and clean condo with easy access to pool and fitness room. Great communication with owners and property is close to historic downtown Mesilla, as well as easy access to I-10 and I-25.

Fabulous location… furniture and carpeting need up-grade…no lights for reading…dish washer leaks,
VRBO was flexible and let us change dates and arrive earlier. Price is reasonable… manager ( or any one) was not on the property to provide an orientation.

Convenient Location
Property was clean and comfortable. Safe area with easy access to town. The unit is located somewhat under the stairs and a bit dim as we chose to keep windows to public spaces partially covered for privacy. Property manager was very helpful and easily accessible—one of the best we’ve experienced.

Perfect!
This property is absolutely wonderful! The kitchen was well equipped with full sized fridge, washer/dryer combo, needed cleaning supplies,plenty of towels, appliances and dishes, and a great ice maker! The grounds were beautiful, with a picnic table, great pool with comfortable seating and huge umbrellas. The apartment was spacious and it is in walking dstance of some of the best LC restaurants! I will defenitely stay again, anytime I come back to my hometown of Las Cruces!!!
