The house is poorly maintained. The host was responsive but asked us to try to fix the television that was offline. Spent over an hour trying their suggestions. No luck. A different tv needed new batteries for the remote. They tried to send some but they didn’t arrive. They sent a new remote for us to program. What a hassle! No one was sent to help. Fireplace didn’t work. Several blinds missing pieces. Low quality sheets and towels. Burned out light bulbs. Hosts were nice but what does that matter when you aren’t getting what was promised?

Wendy and Alan are personable and welcoming hosts! The Yucca house is in a great location and the view is spectacular! We had everything we needed and home is well stocked. AC and heater worked great! We thoroughly enjoyed our 6 day visit!

We had an amazing experience staying here. The house was exceptionally clean, safe location in a quiet neighborhood with a serene view of the mountains… perfect for a peaceful morning coffee. The host was super communicative and always available. Side note: the water pressure in the master shower is perfection after a hike in the mountains. Thank you! Would absolutely book again.

Great central location

Perfect for our stay. Clean. Kitchen has plenty of pots pans etc. lots of dishwasher cubes/laundry detergent and supplies. A/C worked very well as it was very hot out during our stay. The back patio has a beautiful view of the mountains.

Fantastic Stay

We were in Las Cruces building the new skatepark. This property was wonderful, wish we could have stayed longer. Everything we needed was there and the hosts were wonderful and responsive when we ran into a little snafu with receiving a piece of mail. Thanks so much for having us!

Comfortable Home with Beatutifup Views

The home is welcoming, kitchen stocked with dishes, pans and utensils. Beautiful view of Organ Mountains from the back patio. The home is in a nice neighborhood with ample privacy. Could hear the coyotes in the distance. Wendy and Alan checked in asking if we needed anything. Very nice stay with excellent hosts.

Relaxing getaway!

Our family of 6 stayed here for 3 nights to check out Las Cruces and NMSU. The Yucca house was very comfortable, safe and clean. We appreciated the quick responses from the hosts and will definitely be back! Wonderful neighborhood for evening strolls!

Relaxing views and calm respite.

The stay at the Yucca House was a wonderful experience for the family. Everything was great, from the stunning views to the relaxing jetted bath. The house was well-maintained, comfortable, and centrally located, making it a perfect retreat for a memorable trip. The owners are very communicative and kind, will definitely rebook when we go to Las Cruces again!

Great location and perfectly sized home.

The house was in a great location near our family and town. The house was the perfect size for four adults and an infant baby. We had plenty of room and I used the oven to make my holiday pies. We would definitely rent this home again.

Amazing view

Property was perfect for a college visit to NMSU. It was clean and had what we needed. It had a nice dining area for the faimly and we enjoyed the backyard griddle. The backyard had an amazing view of the Organ mountains. That was a highlight of the home. It was also good for our dog.
