"It was a lovely property, in a quiet area with reasonable access to the surrounding areas. Local roads a little 'iiffy' but main roads excellent. W-Fi not very reliable and non existent on arrival. Quickly fixed next day."

"Had a lovely stay in villa weather was a let down. The only negative I would have and I mean only us the pool is not warm enough even when it was sunny it was like ice. But any problems and Silvia answered and sorted really quickly "

"Our second stay at the Villa, first in 2018. The villa is like a home from home, well equipped and has everything you need. The pool and hot tub are fabulous, really spacious area and private. The heated pool makes swimming during the winter months pleasurable. Hot tub heat is adjustable and works great.We love the conservatory and outside areas. The pool table is fun as well and the facilities are great for kids and adults. It’s a great location close to the airport and a perfect central location for the rest of the island. Thanks to Colin for letting us stay a little later on checkout day as we had a later flight. We will be returning! "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Great views & very spacious villa - perfect for 7 adults without being on top of each other! Plenty to do with the pool, hot tub, games room & gym. Taxis were easily on hand as too far to walk anywhere in the heat. Only complaint is some of the beds weren't very comfy & there were a few minor issues in the villa that basic maintenance would sort out. Great communication with the owner/manager from start to finish. Would recommend!"

"What a great villa! We really enjoyed our stay here, the villa was very clean when we arrived and had everything we needed. There was a lovely welcome gift is food and drink. Pool is great the solar heating system kept it at a really good temperature despite being late October. Plenty of shops and restaurants within a 10-20 minute drive. Airport is only 7 minutes away but you don’t get disturbed by it as they don’t fly overhead. John was amazing clear instructions and always on the text to help. "

"Lovely peaceful location - approx 20 walk from Tias. The property is lovely however could do with a little TLC, crumbs on floor when we arrived and showers weren’t very clean, couple of sun beds were broke and minimal crockery. Also to note though there are 3 bathrooms one is outside. Other than this had a lovely relaxing break."

"Really great stay. Immaculate and had everything we needed, kitchen was well equipped, also had coffee, tea, salt, pepper, sugar and spices. Check in and check out was straight forward as key was left in key safe. Will definitely be staying again."
