"The place was lovely. Amazing breakfast, super friendly staff and the place has a wonderful location as it is in the middle of the island, so everything is close."
"Very friendly and welcoming when we arrived, we were given a choice of room. Room was comfortable and clean and had an amazing view. Staff all very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Jon in the restaurant was really excellent!"
"A beautifully and centrally located B&B with an amazing view. Åsa and Johnny are just the perfect couple making you feel at home. They provide you with a freshly homemade breakfast every morning and valuable Island tips any moment. We just had the best time and would go back anytime."
"Had a great time here. Staff were fab, Hannah and Eva in particular were lovely! Food was very good and tonnes of choice (we were all inclusive). Very nice and secluded beach nearby that takes a little bravery to swim but worth it. The royal level felt much more intimate and way less kids than the main facilities."

"We had a wonderful stay and the villa is very well equippedIt has far reaching views of the hills and in the distance the airport so fun to watch the planes coming in. Just worth noting that there are no pool towels provided and also no welcome pack so you do need to buy groceries immediately although there is a supermarket a short drive away so not difficult"

"Our stay was great for many reasons.
Location - this house is in a quiet residential area, away from roads and busy tourist areas, perfect if you want peace, quiet and privacy. There is plenty of space (secure behind an electric gate) for parking a car, which you’ll need if you’re staying this far from the main resort areas.
Small convenience stores nearby with the larger supermarkets within a few minutes drive.
House and grounds - the house was spotlessly clean when we arrived and the layout is great with enough space to ensure you’re not falling over the top of one another.
Beds and pillows were very comfortable and there's plenty of wardrobe and drawer space.
The kitchen is well equipped and contains pretty much everything you need for holiday catering.
The patio area is enormous so you can follow the sun all day. The pool is built into the volcanic rock landscaping with no pool cover so you do have to scoop out leaves/debris if it’s been windy. Jose who manages the property comes to clean to pool and ensures he's not disturbing you.
If you have very small children you'd have to keep a constant eye on them as there's no way to isolate the pool area or the wider gardens.
The outdoor shower and small laundry room with WC mean you don't have to traipse back through the house to the bathroom if you've been in the pool.
Comms/contact - Jose provided several recommendations and was super-kind when I left some items behind, ensuring I got them back before my flight.

Villa Vista Mar II, 280sqm Luxus, HotTube, amazing stunning oecan view, pool
10/10 Excellent
"We very much enjoyed our stay at the villa. Our flight was delayed and our host switched from in person to remote check in without fuss.
The villa is furnished to a high standard and has everything you might need for a perfect family holiday with all the kitchen equipment required to feed a family.
The village is charming and the Bodeguita lovely, the small shop has most items for day to day and you are not far from 2 x Hiperdino.
The villa is spacious with plenty of room to spread out - we travelled as 6 adults but even then, there was room to relax alone if that is what you wanted. The pool is a good size and the hot tub happily accommodated us all.
The view is fantastic. We sat for hours watching the airport traffic coming and going, despite the view of the airport, there is no problem with noise.
We had a couple of technical issues during the stay - these are common in the village way of life, but our lovely host Tobias was rapidly available to solve these remotely.
I have been visiting Lanzarote for many years and have stayed at a number of different properties across the island; I have to say that this is probably the nicest we have stayed at and we very much hope to return soon.
Thanks for a fabulous stay!"
