UPSTAIRS UNIT BEDROOM LAYOUT:
*The entire upper condo is under central air (kids room has a split AC unit), with individual controls in each bedroom.
-Bedroom 4: 1 king bed, en suite full bathroom, smart TV.
-Bedroom 5: 2 queen beds, en suite full bathroom, smart TV.
-Bedroom 6: 1 king bed, en suite full bathroom, smart TV.
-Bedroom 7 (KIDS ROOM): 2 twin bunk beds, split unit AC (no en suite bathroom, no TV).

KITCHEN/DINING:
-Both kitchens are fully stocked with pantry space, fridge, stove, microwave, toaster, flatware and dishes, all necessary kitchen utensils and more.
-Downstairs unit has an inside dining table with seating for 6, 4 barstools along the kitchen island, and an outside dining table with seating for 8 on the patio.
-Upstairs unit has an inside dining table with seating for 6 and 4 barstools along the kitchen island.

OUTDOOR SPACE:
-Comfortable lounge furniture with overhead fans and lighting.
-BBQ grill in both units (upstairs and downstairs).
-*PRIVATE* infinity pool (NOT heated) built into back deck with 2 sun loungers.
-*PRIVATE* jacuzzi (heated) in upstairs unit on balcony.
-*PUBLIC* shared community pool with other resident guests as well, with shared hot tub, kids pool, outdoor showers, ample seating areas, with beach and oceanfront views.

STAFF:
We have one housekeeper/cook and one house manager to assist our guests with cleaning needs, preparation of breakfast or lunch, general maintenance of condo, pool, jacuzzi, etc. They works M-F from 9am to 3pm, weekends until 1pm. Gratuities are always appreciated.

Excessively loud music is prohibited by all guests as per the rules of Terrazas del Atlantico.
