Gave away my room and canceled my reservation at 11:30pm while I was waiting to deboard my cross-country night flight. Reservation had been made weeks prior and confirmed late arrival in email (could check in up to 2am according to the hotel). Had to find new accommodations on the fly in the airport at midnight. Refund took a week to process.

Staff was unaccommodating. I requested towels and was told I would have go downstairs to front desk to get them.
I booked multiple rooms at the same time. I was give one room on the 2nd fl and the other on the 3rd fl. When I asked the front desk clerk if I could have both rooms on the same floor, she said no without even checking to see if that was a possibility. She did make any effort to accommodate my request.
My room didn’t have an iron in it, so I request one from the front desk. I was told that they didn’t have anymore. There was no effort made to get one from a vacant room. My room had an iron broad, so I’m assuming there should have been an iron there also.
Room keys didn’t work well. Wherever I would return to my room after 10 pm, my card wouldn’t work. I would have to go down to front desk to have card activated again.

Icemaker in the room with a full-size fridge. Lots of space in the room. Choice of 4 restaurants within walking distance.

Rooms are well equipped, everything you need for an extended stay including full sized fridge. Everything worked and was very clean. Staff was very helpful, including loaning scissors when we needed to get packaging open. Only thing that wasn't quite up to par was the picnic/park area in back of the hotel, which has a lot of trash and people have not picked up after their dogs. It was a bit depressing. Otherwise everything inside the hotel and the front area was very good.

I have stayed at the property multiple times and have no complaints. It is well kept, clean, staff are very nice. The only issue i have is that i noticed the stiffness of the bed this time. Not sure if it was a new mattress or what. But, i woke up sore on occasion. No other issues noted.

It was a very clean property and staff was very kind, but they did not have my room. I ordered walk-in shower because of a disability I have, but was told that the room was given to someone else before I arrived. I did not get to take a shower because of a tub being in room, but only 3 rooms left I had to take it. This is totally unacceptable even though the hotel itself was very nice. When you pay extra for a certain type of a room because of a disability it should be there. I even showed the young woman my reservation that stated a walk-in shower but she cold to nothing because of limited rooms

Clean rooms and common areas, friendly staff, comfortable beds, full-sized refrigerator, good shower, good sized-room, pet friendly and dining options within walking distance. Very good option if you need to stay in the North Las Vegas area. We were there visiting family and it fully met our needs and expectations.

Our room was old, appliances did not work, breakers kept breaking, cold coffee in the lobby, staff does not clean rooms everyday so beds don't get made up and towels must be reused UNLESS you want to exchange them yourself at the lobby. Staff at front desk was LAZY and manger was really rude....I was even asked to leave the property 2 days early due to my "behavior" regarding the issues I mentioned above. I received no help at all with these issues by any level of staff at the cooperate level of My Place either.

For guest looking to stay with us. We are not a full-service hotel. We are a nice small hotel away from the strip, if you're looking for a quiet place to stay, we are here for you. We will take care of issues mainly during the day when we have a full staff but at night, we are very limited. So, if you're patient with us rest assure that the staff will help you out. Also please do not offend staff members by using racial slurs or profanity because you will be asked to leave the property. Thank you!
I love the place.. its clean and has big rooms. Front desk was accommodating. We will surely stay again in the north LV.
