Nice house with room for 4 adults to each have a separate bedroom. We got in late and only stayed one night, so didn’t have time to use the pool and hot tub but these are nice amenities to have available. Not too far from Vegas but quiet and less costly than staying near the strip.

This property is family convenient. There is a ground floor bathroom with access to the pool; very convenient for changing into suits when the activities focus on the backyard oasis. Three bedrooms upstairs are equipped with ceiling fans with four speed motors, creating comfortable sleeping conditions.I happened to be the chef for our party for the four days and found the upgraded gas stove to be exceptionally easy to use.Thank you for a very comfortable visit.

The perfect place to stay for an off LV strip experience. Nice and quiet. My grandkid has autism and the peace of place was perfect. No over stimulation. Beds were comfortable. Every person in the family had privacy. Only downside was the stairs creaked.

The property was nice, but had difficulty communicating with the host. For example, the check in instructions said that the host had to meet me at the property to gain access so I was trying to coordinate timing and host was not responding. This was very frustrating and finally at check in time the host sent me a code to access. This would’ve been way more helpful to know this beforehand rather than trying to coordinate a meeting time - while not getting answers to my messages.
