“I chose this place for its nice layout of the living room seating with great natural light, the wonderful kitchen with lots of space for prep work, cooking and serving areas, the air hockey table, in addition to the wonderful reviews I had read about the host.Even though it was just me (1 person) staying at this large home, I knew that I'd be hosting 2 friends on different days, for whom I'd cook and spend time reconnecting with (who live in the area) and the comfort of the space was paramount……

“It is a cozy and clean house, nice neighborhood, quiet, and respectful. The communication with the host was good. She was attentive and considerate. As I mentioned, it was clean, but not impeccable, the towels smell a little bit like humidity, and I think the sofas and carpet.need a good wash. One of the bedrooms was very small with only one nightstand and no TV inside. The master bedroom was nice though. The other thing, is that if you are sensitive to deodorizers, it’s full of glade plug ins ”

“Barb is amazing!! Great communication and was very quick to respond. We had an amazing time and loved everything. From check in to check out, this experience was wonderful. Super close to Fremont street & other attractions. Patio was very nice and relaxing, we got to enjoy the beautiful vegas weather. Felt very safe and secure with the security gate as well. Also, loved seeing the host’s dogs! Very cute pups. Would book again! ”

“This place is OK, the beds are good, and plenty of room but nowhere to put a suitcase or clothing, just on the floor, would be nice to have a dresser or something in the bedrooms. The couch needs to be replaced, the cushions are awful and uncomfortable to sit on. The cable didn’t work and there are basically no pans to cook with. The yard was full of weeds and just not taken care of. The reviews and the pics are misleading and for the price I expected more.”
