"We only booked to be close to the allegiant arena for a concert, but I will never go back. On the elevator ride up, I noticed the elevators were dirty with marks all over the doors from fingerprints. Upon entering the room, it was a humid stuffy feeling and we immediately went to adjust the thermostat thinking that’ll help. The next day we wake up go out and enjoy the strip, come back and felt the same…the thermostat was the same temperature and did not ever go down the whole 4 days, 3 nights we were there. On the 3rd night I called the front desk and was offered options, switch rooms or have maintenance come up. Checking out the next day, we decided to not move all our things and to have maintenance come up. Maintenance personnel was good, however, he himself said the hotel is very old and the fixtures, A/C and plumbing are all very outdated and there was not much he can do but, put more cool water in the A/C system and ordered a fan to be sent to our room. So we slept with a fan which helped be comfortable on the last night. We wake up to get ready to head out to the airport and upon flushing the toliet we hear a humming noise. The noise didn’t go away and next thing we know, the shower and faucet didnt turn on with water at all! The water was not working at all after flushing the toliet. Didn’t bother calling the front desk since we were leaving. Dropped the keys in the box and will NEVER be back! "

"Excellent location. Linq promenade awesome. Clean floors and rooms. I highly recommend if you get a nice discount, boxing day for example. Watch out rooms with even numbers in tower 1 because there is an outdoor rock show every night out just outside. Receptionist did not mention it at check in even if we paid an extra for a "strip view". I were granted another room when we asked. "

"Under construction. Self check-in wasn’t functioning. Had to wait in a long line. Room was clean but with few amenities. (For example no in room coffee.) Free parking was a nice perk but with little else to recommend it. "

"First time I stayed in a hotel where there wasn’t free coffee in room but found out Starbucks gives free refills to guest of hotel. "
