「My room was clean, excellent housekeeping keeps the room tidy everyday. Checking in was not pleasant with front desk Estella, no smile, not friendly, very boring, no welcome, looks like she needs lot of training in hospitality n customer service, all my 9 days stay i use to see her but no greetings nor smile, but rest of the staff was too good, very helpful. When i was booking my stay i always ask for smoke free n pet free room coz of my allergies, she puts me in smoking room where i cud not...
