Good washer/dryer. Owner Valerie was easy to contact and responded quickly to any questions. Was there for 2 weeks with no problems.”

“We stayed at the Zephyr Cove house May 11-13, 2026. We found the house to be in desperate need of maintenance. I will say the first floor of the house was clean and ready for us. However, the pool heater was broken, which meant the pool water was too cold for swimming. We were advised of the pool heater issue on May 9, just two days before our arrival. We were offered free cancellation or we could continue with our stay. At this late stage, we were very disappointed to hear this news as the……
