“I thought I picked a room with a balcony, but it ended up being a lottery on what I got. I saw some dings on the wall upon arrival, the room is always warm and the ac doesn’t get it cold enough, and the toilet flush was low flow… Fair warning, the listing is 3rd party owned and not part of the hotel itself. That being said, the phone in the room will not dial and you’d have to communicate directly through Expedia’s messaging system.”

“Hello, I wanted to share some concerns about my recent stay and request your help in reviewing whether a partial refund might be appropriate. When I checked in, I asked if it would be possible to place my room on the same floor as another family member staying at the hotel. I was told that because my reservation was booked through Expedia and listed as a private room, the hotel was unable to make any adjustments and that I would need to contact the host through the booking platform if I needed……

“The room was not clean, the floors were absolutely disgusting, the mirror in the bathroom was broken, the handle for the sink was broken along with the sink in the kitchen. I did not know that we were staying at a residential room, it was the worse thing ever! I wanted a hotel & no where did it say that it was residential during booking. On top of that the pool was closed on our side of the hotel/building, front desk said that the other side has the pool but closes at 5pm in VEGAS!!!! Like it’s……

“Didn’t really have a lot of info on the booking and when we checked in we were told there is no housekeeping or anything because it is a private owned place and they should have provided instructions for all of this on our reservation with Expedia, however it only says personal decorations, but nothing else that eludes to this.”

“Very well run property (MGM Signature). The room had a great view of the pool. The master suite was large with a huge master bath. The kitchen had a coffee maker that was missing the coffee pot. I was sad that I couldn’t make any coffee. There was an electric kettle but no tea bags were provided. Overall it was nice but could have used a little more thought.”
