"The room itself was perfect, clean, spacious, nice shower, big bath tub, comfortable bed, and lots of storage areas. Really great for the price. Unfortunately... the parking situation is a nightmare, $20-$25 for overnight, and you have to walk all the way through the mall to get to the lobby. The entire place is built like a maze, it was a headache trying to find where to go. "

"Dirty, dark and terrible customer service. Everything is run down, filthy, broken or missing in the rooms. Housekeeping only comes sometimes. Even if you manage to get ahold of someone to request towels or anything else they won’t actually arrive. Text concierge doesn’t work and lines at front desk are ridiculous. I wouldn’t stay here again even if it was free. "

"Really loved the remodeled room. Cool views as long as you’re okay seeing the coaster, rooftops, or the pool. I wish there was a fridge or coffee station in the room. "

"The property is enormous! The place is beautiful but you will need to take two elevators to get to your room. The rooms are big and clean. The only negative I have is the resort fee $62 per night. This pays for the pool, Wi-Fi and the gym. Forget about getting a chair by any of the pools, none will be found. I complained upon checkout and they removed two nights resort fee from my bill. This property also shares with the Polazzo next door. In all both properties have over 7k rooms! There are a few hundred chairs poolside which is not even close enough to take care of half the guests. It's right on the strip so I couldn't be happier. A lot of food choices within the property."
