I had a really bad experience with circus circus. My flight into Vegas was cancelled due a storm and they were completely unaccommodating. They didn’t offer any kind of solution, instead just charged us fully when we didn’t even get to make it to Vegas for our trip. Will never book with them again.

I stayed for a festival at the fairgrounds. Vicious circus was perfect for what I needed. A clean place to sleep and shower. I would definitely stay again. Great price which let me spend my cash on tons of other things besides a room I barely was in.

Dirty room, floor was sticky, sheets were stained, towels had black marks on them, toilet didn't work properly. counter staff was extremely rude and inconsiderate of weary travelers. bad smell in atmosphere inside and around the area. will steer clear from this hotel in future

Our family of 4 visited for a few days. My 13 year old twin boys like it for the games and circus acts. The facility is old and hasn't changed much since I used to stay in the 1970's and 1980's. Because we used the bargain prices, we had the old rooms on the upper floors. Only 2 of 4 elevators worked and at times we would stand there for 10 minutes trying to get into elevators. On two occasions we witnessed verbal fights almost turning physical from other guests about cutting in line at the elevator. Probably our last time staying here but it was an experience.

We waited in line to check in for almost 45 minutes as the staff were giggling and chatting amongst themselves which is fine except when there is a long line of people waiting! As we were checking in the lady said they didn’t have the room we reserved available so they “upgraded” us to a smelly room with puddles of vomit in the bathroom and when we addressed this with the front desk there was no resolve, so I’d say we were downgraded! I liked the cleanliness all around, great people around. The pool area maybe need some upgrades and more bar options , drinks, and designated drinking areas. I did not like the attitudes of the bartenders in the casino very rude and unprofessional.

I selected and paid for a room with two king beds in the manor and was given a room in the main tower with two queen beds. When I told the representative this, her response was that king and queen beds were not that different in size. I told her the size matters to me and she continued to pressure me to take the other room. When I continued to request the room I booked she called the manager over, who said again that the size was not that different. I told her to that it matters to me. They continued to give me the queen bed room and called it an upgrade. It was not an upgrade. It was much further from the pool and parking areas. It was very noisy in the joining room and outside our room in the hallway.

Very outdated rooms and property !I was told one price over the phone to pay at the property different when you arrive. Needs heavy security presense not just lobby.Need better signage for various areas such as uber/lyft dropoff pickup.A deep cleaning of every room not just a routine cleaning.Change of furniture drastically! The water pressure in bathroom sink was very low. I could hear the person next door entire conversation just a entire overall NEVER AGAIN EXPERIENCE!

I was locked out of my room since I was at work and my daughter saw a burn in the comforter and went down to the check in desk to change out room. The first person moved us to a room that smelled of cigarette with no smoking signs in the hallway. She went back to complain and they told her they aren’t moving her again. Being charged a resort fee of $42 per person a day is ridiculous since we both worked we were unable to enjoy any amenities and the WiFi was so slow. My personal WiFi through my phone company gave me better service. I feel like I shouldn’t have been charged the resort fee since I didn’t even gamble. We only went to work and returned to sleep to get ready for work the next day.

The hotel itself was pretty old and looked like it had not been kept up with. There was carpet everywhere that looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years and wallpaper ripped from the walls. Inside my room was a massive stain in the floor that just hadn't been cleaned. They were also doing construction on the floor above me with heavy power tools, which woke me at 8:00 am. If you make the mistake of walking around the hotel lobby, you will be constantly harassed to sign up for their coupons, even though as a single male I didn't qualify for any of them. This doesn't affect its rating, but it's also far from the monorail and it's a far walk from anything else interesting on the strip.

It’s kind of a scam to buy a hotel room at a casino property and then be relegated to the outside, block over buildings that haven’t been updated since least the 1990s. Also, price didn’t even reflect the fact we were given a super old room, if that was the tradeoff I could get the things we lacked. The Manor rooms are NOT where it’s at. The buildings have super dark lit halls and dark old carpet that gives off a creepy horror film vibe. The bathroom ceilings had some spots where it was clear water damage had happened once upon a time. Luckily the bedding and bathroom fixtures were as clean as one could expect. Shockingly no alarm clock, no hand towels. The deadbolt in door had to have door lifted to slide in, the window latch didn’t lock, there was only a tiny bathroom trash can, only two pillows per queen sized bed. Carpet and baseboards did appear dirty. I personally would try not to stay in this specific room/part of hotel again.
