A perfect welcome to Las Vegas

We loved our stay at this townhouse! Our host was welcoming, friendly and very accommodating. The townhouse was clean, spacious for the three of us and well-appointed. We appreciated that the unit was pet-friendly, had a washer and dryer, dishwasher, garage and multiple ceiling fans. My daughter loved having her own en-suite bathroom. The gated community was safe and we enjoyed evening sunset walks. I loved the location as it was close to the highway and couple minutes from a grocery store. Target was also easy to get to. While the pool was down for maintenance during our stay, our host was able to give us access to another pool that was really nice which was very much appreciated for the hottest July in Las Vegas!! Overall we loved our month here and it was a perfect transition as we waited for home remodel to be complete. I would absolutely stay again or have my friends / family stay for extended visits!

Comfortable Townhouse in a Convenient Location

This townhome has been completely updated to provide an open & modern floor plan. The kitchen is equipped with stainless appliances and is otherwise stocked with almost anything you’d need. The two bedrooms are upstairs, each with its own bathroom, very nice for our visitors. The master suite is large and includes a generous walk-in closet. The beds are comfortable and the linens of good quality. Other features we appreciated include the attached garage, first floor half bath, and quiet community. The location was ideal for us: easy access to the strip, Red Rock Canyon, a day trip to Utah. All of our needs could be met within a 5-10 minute drive (groceries/haircut/minor car repair/clinic/doggie daycare). We were very satisfied with our stay. PS: Rich is an excellent t host.
