We loved our stay here so much last year that we decided to stay here again. We love how clean it has been both times and how comfortable the beds are. Our favorite part is that it’s only a few minutes drive to the strip. The host is great to communicate with when we chose to add a day to our trip, you can’t go wrong staying here!! Thanks for another great stay.

Very clean, modern and nice. Felt secure and for the most part, it was quiet taking into account where it was located. Blaring music from a neighbor at 4:00 AM was alarming one morning, but quiet the next night.It does not sleep 10 and there were not enough large towels, washrags and linens for our 7, let alone 10. We looked high and low for a fuseball for the table and actually found one, at the end of our stay, above the stove. Haha. There was an XBox, but only one remote with batteries. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay, there was good communication with the manager and everything went pretty smoothly. Thank you!

A few glitches

No overhead lights in bedrooms, only small table lamp in each one; first sink in master bath has very inconsistent hot water; light in bedroom hallway continues blinking when turned off, kitchen faucet sprays water, one burner on stove doesn't work. Only one full size glass and one half size glass in kitchen--others are all drink glasses. Only toiletries in bathrooms is men's 3-in-1 soap, shampoo and conditioner.

Not a gem, butt very sufficient...

Communication was great, proximity to strip and red rock canyon was great, and price was right. Though would have loved to have some patio furniture to enjoy the large back yard, and a kitchen that was stocked enough to actually cook a meal. Furthermore, the oven did not work, and after reporting it to owner on Thursday night, the repairmans only window was 8am on a Saturday morning, which we declined for obvious reasonrs. Beds were OK comfortwise, though squeaked loudly at the slightest movement.

Awesome House

This was my second time staying here so it must be good. I love this house because is very spacious and is in a great location. There are plenty of restaurants, bars, and grocery stores nearby. Casinos are nearby and it doesn't cost a lot to catch a cab or an Uber to the Strip, Downtown, or the Airport.

Very Nice

The house was very nice, we didn’t have complaints. The shower is pretty amazing and so are the bean bags. The only issue we found was the door lock needs a new key, it was hard to unlock and lock. Other than that, it was a very nice stay.

Our stay from November 9–11, 2024, was absolutely fantastic! From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations, making this trip truly memorable for our group of seven adults. Perfect place

Fantastic

Our family had a fantastic time here. With two young children the security screens made us feel incredibly safe. The home was clean and spacious which made it a perfect place to relax after a lo g day of being out.
