Neighborhood was fine but wouldn’t buy here myself. Great house, roomy, well set up, all extras in place. Loved the pool and yard for the doggies! Great host. Lots of communication with her. Would stay here again and bring friends!!

12 day work stay

House was in older area of town but was perfect for us. owner is super nice and responds quickly. Plenty of places around to eat or shop at. house was very clean and well stocked. The only negative was no over in the house. It did have a grill which we prefer anyway but it would have been nice for a few things. We will check if the dates are open next time we need a place in Vegas

Great modern house close to strip/downtown/lvcc

This was the NICEST house we have ever stayed at in LAS VEGAS! This property is located in a quiet, true historical vintage neighborhood called "Paradise Palms" it is a famous community built in the 1960's. Lots of unique mid century modern homes. We loved that the community had so much character and was not the typical cookie cutter new home track where the homes are built super close to each other. The best part about this home is the location, it is a couple of miles to the Las Vegas Convention Center, super close to the strip and Downtown Fremont area. Uber and Lyft were great options and way more convenient and affordable than paying for casino/resort parking by the hour on the strip. Check in was seamless and super easy with a self check in process. The host, Olive, was super responsive and always available when we had questions. Even though this is a historical home, the property has been completely remodeled and EVERYTHING in the house was very modern. Every amenity was available to us, including a brand new LG washer and dryer. Keurig Coffee pods, creamer and sweetener and complimentary tea made for nice relaxing mornings. The best feature of the house was the huge 10 foot deep pool, we enjoyed swimming in it every day and cooling off after a long hot day on the strip, quite refreshing. The King beds were really comfortable and the bedding and comforters were cozy and made for a restful sleep.
