There are many good things about this unit, but there were a few things that were hard to ignore.I liked being in Tower One. It is the closest to MGM Grand. Although on the dated side, the bathroom was very spacious, and the whirlpool tub much appreciated after a long hot hike on the desert.In general, it was very neat and clean on arrival. Unfortunately, when I opened the small refrigerator, it was covered with wet towels inside, and was warm inside. I did turn the dial, and it did work. Luckily, I had just a few things that fit in the door. I’m guessing a busy cleaner forgot to take the old towels out, but not something I wanted to do on vacation. Things happen, and it could easily be forgotten.What is of biggest concern is the mattress. It clearly should have been replaced many years ago. After 3 nights of sleeping on it, I have a terribly stiff neck, and can barely turn my head.Looking at it from a few feet away, the slope and dip in the mattress is very clear.I do not like leaving a somewhat negative review, but I am an owner of a short term rental, and take a strong interest in the comfort of our guests. If guests don't tell us, we won’t know.So, would I stay in this unit again? Yes, but only if I were assured that the current mattress has been replaced. Management company was helpful, and I would book through them again.
