Great location to pools, restaurants, etc. Very convenient to pool since it’s on bottom level. Very clean, extra amenities (cookware, toiletries, beach towels). Highly recommend!!!

Fabulous Accommodations

We had a great stay! We are locals but had a family reunion at Las Vegas. Not not is the condo beautiful, it is clean and very well appointed. Extra amnesties in the bathrooms, well equipped kitchen. The hosts are awesome and very accommodating and responsive. We would definitely recommend our hosts and stay here again ! Thank you Nancy!

Amazing Getaway!

This place was amazing ! Steps away from the pool and lake las vegas ! Kayaking at the lake was very fun! The grocery store is very convient also and very close a 2 min walk ! Overall this place was great and we would definitely book again!

Perfect location!

We loved our stay at Lake Las Vegas. The hosts were very accommodating and the location was the best of the best. Pools right outside our door and the Village right below us with great restaurants and walking paths. Would highly recommend to anyone searching for a rental in Lake Las Vegas!

Beautiful and comfortable

Visited with two kids for a bball tournament. Kinda tricky to get in and out of, lots of walking but everything was great and that made it well worth it! Beautiful patio and super easy access to pool! Would return or recommend!

Great Location

Condo is located very close to the Lake Las Vegas village restaurants. The place was clean and just as described. We had a nice and peaceful stay.

Hot. Very Hot! We always seem to visit Vegas at the hottest time of the year but this location makes it so less fierce. Solid AC and underground parking also saved the day! Everything went smooth from check in to check out. The place was spotless and everything you need was there including starter toiletries. It is indeed "steps" from the pool and a few more down to the Village and fully stocked grocery store. We will definitely be coming back and maybe pick a "cooler" time of year :)It would be nice if the pool opened earlier for a swim (10AM) but I do get this is a Strata and rules are rules. Good thing is it stays open until 10:00pm so can float around before bed.One hint if you need your professional coffee in the morning so not staggering around in the Village on the hunt. The grocery store opens at 7am and their Americano's are amazing!

Wonderful property pics do not do it justice

Daughters had dance competition at the Hilton which was very short/safe walk. The rental was clean and comfy and so nice being steps from the pool. The only thing I would add is k cups and replace the dryer and instructions they weren’t legible. Would 100% stay here again! Thank you
