Great Stay!

This property was perfect for our stay. Pool was clean and refreshing after a long day out in the Nevada heat. Easy check-in and host was very responsive to all communication. Comfortable beds and everything was clean. Would definitely stay again.

Pool House

There were 6 of us running the Mt Charleston marathon. The house was perfect! The cleanliness was A. Everything you needed was there. Jay the host answered all questions quickly and assisted us during our stay. If you’re looking for a place to go to the strip or hiking this VRBO is the place closest enough to go to either.

Great stay and location

Jay went the extra mile in helping us with changing our payment method at last minute! He's very responsive. We notified him in morning that pump was smoking and he replaced by the time we came back from the track that same day. And he checked in to make sure if we needed anything. House is centrally located and has all the basic stuff. Spa hottub was great after being at speedway during day. Would stay here again.notified him in mot

Dirty entrance, horrible front garden.Kitchen without necessary kitchenware.Wash machine is the first model lunched by industry, pre historical.Very dirty grass on backyard. Can’t walk bear foot there.Grill never had a cleaning session.To manage pool equipments you need to be an expert.Property is very nice lacking care from owner.
