Dive into relaxation in the large backyard oasis, complete with a shimmering pool perfect for soaking up the Nevada sun. Inside, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for whipping up delicious meals to enjoy in the dining room or alfresco by the pool. After a day of exploring, gather in the inviting living room for cozy evenings together, or challenge friends to a game on the pool table. With luxurious amenities and proximity to all the excitement of Las Vegas, your unforgettable vacation awaits at this fabulous retreat!

****Maximum 10 people at the house at any time. There are noise monitors inside and outside and will alert me if the noise levels are too high. Quiet hours 10pm-10 am and no use of the pool or outdoor lights during this time. There is a camera at the front door required by the city of Henderson. I do not rent to locals. ****

It was great and the owner was so easy to work with! We stayed for a longer stay - 2 weeks in the dead of Vegas summer and the AC went out and she replaced it the next day. Couldn’t have been happier and will likely stay again since we go every year as a family trip!

Excellent House in a good neighborhood

Great Place!

Enjoyed staying here, place was very clean, beds were comfortable, plenty of towels and the pool was great, the kids really enjoyed it! The property manager was very accommodating and kept checking in with us to ensure everything was going good! Also a great safe neighborhood, definitely would stay here again on my next visit !

One of the most important things to be when I stay in a vacation home is cleanliness. The house smelled fresh and clean upon entry, which gave me instant relief. The location is close to stores/restaurants/highways. Quick drive to the strip and airport was another plus.

This was a great spot for a group of adult family members. The pool table was an unexpected plus! The pool is not heated, but there was plenty of outdoor furniture for us to enjoy the sunny days.

This was perfect for our family. The pool and pool table were used a lot! The beds were comfy and the set up of the house was great. It was a great reprieve from the heat!! If we do a trip to Vegas again, we’d be sure to try and stay here again.

Beautiful place!

My friends and I stayed here for my bachelorette weekend. The house was beautiful, super clean, and perfectly spaced for a group of 9! The pool/backyard area was super fun to use and hangout in as well as the beds are incredibly comfy. Terry was an incredible host and very quick to answer any questions and check in on our visit. The area is very nice and a perfect spot to stay if you’re looking for a place off the strip that is quiet and reserved but still close to the strip. Would definitely stay again!

Sunny Getaway

House provided us with everything we needed. The private pool was amazing to cool us down and the outdoor space was relaxing for morning breakfast and evening dinners. There is a Vons within walking distance and other shops and food options which was great for us. We enjoy cooking our own meals and the kitchen had all the essentials needed cookware dishes etc… Beds were comfy, and quick response times from host. Would stay again!!

The House was in close proximity to my sister which was the only reason I rented, we stayed for 10 days.The House was adequate for our needs, but very tired and needs some love.Initial communication with Host very unfriendly I felt but once my daughter was in contact with her it became easier. Where to start. Terry was such a gracious host. easy and great communication. everything was provided for our stay. The property itself was simply amazing. it had all the amenities we needed.
