Fully furnished, full kitchen. The unit features beautiful balcony views of the mountains Top golf and MGM pools,enjoy the sunrise and sunset from your balcony is a plus.It has a sitting area with a full kitchen with professional kitchen utensils and high end appliances, a private whirlpool tub and two separate showers. The place is great for couples, business travelers, and families.Close to all major conventions and the famous Las Vegas strip & airport.
This one bedroom suite features two plasma TVs with cable in the unit, two beds (one is a queen size pull out sofa bed in living room) and the other is a king size bed in bedroom both with egyptian cotton sheets, two full baths, DVD and CD players, marble and granite bathrooms with dual vanities, office desk, dining room, iHome clock radio, and luxury appliances in the kitchen (sub-zero frigerator and freezer, Miele, Bosch and Cuisinart appliances). MGM signatures has extremely fast internet through out the entire property.

Great Stay
Great stay at Mr. Perry's place. So nice to have a kitchen suite plus balcony for less money that a standard hotel room. Tower 1 is the best, with quick access to the moving sidewalk over to MGM Grand. Was only there 3 nights, but will stay longer next time. Communication with Rafael was superior.

Signature stay that didnt dissapoint!
Our original VRBO was cancelled 2 days before we traveled and we scrambled to find a similar property. Raphael's property was available and we booked it. Because there are similar properties I mistakenly thought I booked a different suite with a different owner. We cleared up the confusion and throughly enjoyed our stay. This property was perfect, spacious, clean, comfortable and close to everything yet far enough away from the bustle of the strip. We extended our stay by a day and that was easy and smoothly handled. Enjoyed the stay
This is the third time I've stayed at The Signature and will do so again. It's spacious. We really enjoy the two bathrooms even when it is just two of us. The location so convenient to the Strip without having to be in a casino.

Very comfortable
The property was very comfortable and had everything we needed, except that we couldn't get wifi to work on our computer. A technician tried to help, but we couldn't get it to work. It worked fine on our phones. There was more than ample space to put things, which was great. The balcony was really nice. The bed was comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Needs a bit of loving
I believe the clean up team need to be more professional. I dropped something that rolled under the bed, the surprise to see that this area had not been cleaned for a long long time. Found a popsicle stick against the couch in the living room. No dish cloth, only large soup spoons… Signature Suites need to re-vamp the condos, furniture… Getting old. This is my 10th year there. That may be my last. Owner Rafael, great communication, great man. I suggest that he visits, pulls the couch, looks under the bed, and checks the kitchen. We had to clean everything before putting a fork in our mouths.
