Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
I love staying at the Palm Place and have stayed many times before this. BUT, I absolutely loathed SVS. Poor and unprofessional customer service. Offered absolutely no value to the property or the owners. I highly recommend the OWNERS to reconsider their Management Service. I highly recommend PALM PLACE to band them in your bulding. They managed to piss off a loyal customer over a $5 part with a back/forth email thread and still offered no resolution. Absolutely useless service. Don't waste your weekend on anything with SVS written on it. Search elsewhere. Wasted my money and my weekend. Your $25 refund offer was such an insult.
