“The flat you advertise on the website looks absolutely nothing like the property we stayed in. The bin in the kitchen/living area didnt have a lid so the smell of what was in the bin filled the living area. There was no window in the living/kitchen area only the light coming in the glass front door. There was no plug in the sink in the bathroom and the toilet seat was loose, the bathroom door didn't close.”

“We stayed at Whitley Coach House to spend a few days in the area before attending a wedding in Frome. Tim and Ginny’s communication was excellent, and they were even kind enough to provide a travel cot last minute as we had ordered one ourselves that we didn’t think would come in time (although it did in the end). “Lovely bright and airy 2 bed apartment with balcony. Great location opposite the park with a few minute walk into Gloucester centre and quays. Did ask about parking for an extra car but wasn’t too happy about the location or tidiness of this as looked run down with rubbish and nails etc on the ground……
