「Room had great view! We had 5 adults and 3 children! Only given 4 bath towels.. check in text said 2 wash cloths and never had any. Kitchen supplies were limited… we cooked a lot in our room. Master bathroom shower - unable to use only a trickle of hot water. Had a water leak in the closet - were unable to use the dryer on the last day.」

「We arrived at noon time in Ft. Lauderdale and a quick uber ride to the hotel in Hollywood, Florida. We were greeted at the desk and was told our room would not be ready until 4:00 pm because they were cleaning it. No problem, I would prefer to wait and walk into a clean room!
