「The house was exactly what we expected. My husband had a great time exploring the trails. Am wondering the property. Wish it hadn’t snowed on us though but was beautiful to see. 「Recommended! We stayed during stormy weather and barely noticed that it was an off-grid home. When the solar ran out it seamlessly kicked on the generator. The bedrooms were spacious...same goes for the living areas. The stairway up to the second floor was flanked by built-in bookcases leading up to the pool table, a queen-sized bedroom, and a separate bathroom. What a great hang out spot.」

「A bit run down, but overall fine. Ice machine was not working, but they dropped off a bag of ice after I advised them. No easy walk way to the fire pit. We were there for a wedding in Ukiah so spent minimal time at the property.」

「There are some inaccuracies in the listing which we pointed out to the host, but it appears after more than a week the listing hasn't been updated. The listing says check in is at 3:00, but didn't received check in instructions until after 5:00. There is an unexpected step down between the main area and the kitchen (which you must go through to get to the bathroom). 「We enjoyed our stay here a lot! Communication with the owner was crisp, clear, and quick. This made me and the rest of the party feel very comfortable. The property itself was very nice and spacious. It rained for a day and a half so we could not enjoy the backyard as much as we would have liked to. 「This house was perfect for our family. Plenty of space for little kids to run around, the TVs and games were great for entertaining everyone else. The deck was a great place to relax after the day. The beds were comfortable and had more than enough space for all of us. The location was perfect for a family trip, right off the highway but on the edge of some gorgeous vineyards. I highly recommend this property for anyone traveling through the area.」
