"Great spot"

"Hostess excellent communicator, Historic house nicely maintained,Good bathroom tissue purchased, very important; dislike thin tissue paper. Snacks, bottled h2o, spices, and coffee maker /w k cups & creamer. Foosball table; a hit, large front /w comfortable seating for 6. Cute holiday decor. Quiet street, large playground around the corner. Would recommend."

"Property was not cleaned, had to clean myself. Trash was left in both bath bins. Had ants in kitchen. Strong pet odor in master bedroom caused my kids to sneeze and 1 kid had itching every day. Fridge had food in it and was dirty. Washer and dryer were both full with laundry. Couch has stains. As do the mattresses, pillows, box springs. Baseboards throughout the apartment were dirty. HVAC return vent was dirty. Left a day early because of the conditions."

"We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was very comfortable, and clean, and the location was excellent. The only negative was the amount of car noise and people yelling outside in the middle of the night but that was definitely out of control of the unit itself. We actually thought Greenville was more quiet than it was on our weekend!"
