Good location 5 min walk from metro , comfy room , bottled water was recycled there , the guy on reception was very helpful with a lot of knowledge on the local area with directions and advice

Great central location. Top floor is where one checks in has a very neat cafe with plenty of seating and good atmosphere. Slight to me downsides of hotel were no mini-fridge or coffee machine and staff very busy on top floor so often need to wait to speak to someone. But service of staff was excellent

This hotel is middle of a shopping center which makes it hard to get in if you have a car. The parking is around half mile away. You have to unload or load your luggage then take your car to a $17 per day public parking. They also don't have A/C but a portable one which doesn't work much even in June because of the air circulation in the hotel. Otherwise, the hotel is clean and breakfast is good.

I would have rated this property excellent, however, no hot water in bath/shower during 2 night stay. Staff tried to address but was unable to do so. Told us hotel was full and could not change our room. Provided us with bucket to transfer hot water from sink to tub.

Very Nice hotel, well located in Lausanne close to the station. They offer breakfast and although the street is walking only it is no disturbance to visit the area, market on Wednesdays and Saturday.!
