“Great stay here - we arrived around 20:00 on a horrible stormy Saturday and were greeted and checked in cheerfully and quickly. Room was small but had everything we needed.
We had dinner in the pub and that was a genuinely lovely, I'd go back here again just for a meal. Portions were generous and the food was delicious. There's a few games and things in the bar, and they came in very handy when there was a brief power cut (it was Boelo, it was very windy). Emma quickly handed out candles for……

“My son loved that there was Disney plus as a bonus. However our shower didn't work and I had to ask to use the one next door. 3x a member of staff came to try it, the last time we were in bed and no it still wasn't working. No compensation of any kind was offered, not even a free dessert after we had paid for dinner. Bathroom was a bit grubby and there was just a piece of foam under the sheet and no mattress protector. Breakfast was OK but no offer of fruit, cereal or juice. Had to ask for a……

“I booked a room with seaview with the hope I can enjoy seaview in my hotel room. But then the room was facing other buildings. After some effort, I realised there was two inches seaview at the corner of the window. You need to make an effort in order to notice it! I think this is cheating. It’s a joke. ”

“Quiet room in the lodge, good tea facilities clean room if a little tired. Shower works well but could do with fixing and the shower door should be at the other end. Towel radiator doesn't seem to work, I hung my towel on the door and the cleaner put it back on the towel rail so it was still damp in the evening. Not enough lighting in the room. Food in the pub was good.”
