"The facilities met my expectations, with ease of accessing to the gym and appointments in the hotel room, made my stay comfortable. I would like to point out that the staff were exemplary, from the front desk to housekeepers, in how courteous and thoughtful they towards me and other guests. I would like to extend a special acknowledgment to Shane and Cameron at the front desk, on my arrival they put me at ease which set the tenor and tone of a beautiful trip to Ann Arbor."

"Staff is always helpful, friendly, and attentive. Rooms are clean and comfortable. I did not get a chance to eat in the restaurant but sometimes they have extra pastries from the breakfast for sale at the desk later and they were delicious!"

"I loved the Graduate! It was my first time in this chain. Fun interior with University of Michigan decorations and touches throughout. The staff was warm and nice and local. Great vibe in the place. The long table through the lobby is a wonderful place to drink coffee, bring a laptop or have a semi-public meeting. Great light and energy in the lobby with lots of places to sit. I enjoyed my room. The bed was terrific and water pressure in the shower was strong. I found the room too dark, TBH. Quite a bit of dark wood. It was springtime with long days but I can only imagine how dark it might be inside during the winter. I used the fitness center on the third floor and found it well stocked and at a cool enough temperature to work out; I recommend it. And l enjoyed the cafe in the lobby as well; bought morning coffee and an egg sandwich each morning. Friendly staff and tasty food. Very handy to have inside the hotel for a rainy day or quick bite to eat. Overall I highly recommend the Graduate in Ann Arbor. I’m considering booking a return visit already!"

"This was a beautiful little apartment! I loved the design, and the delicious coffee that was provided. My only note was that it was VERY loud outside the room late at night, being in the heart of the college district. While I believe this was noted in the listing, I didn't realize quite how loud it would be! I purchased some ear plugs for my second night and slept really well on the very comfortable bed... so would just strongly recommend those ear plugs!"

"Great hotel and the location is not far from campus and food. Ethiopian food right next door is excellent too. The bartenders there made it a blast. Chatted with us all evening and convinced us on some cool new drinks we hadn’t had. This will now be our preferred hotel when we visit. "

"Cute place in fabulous location and great price. But is loud though and can hear everything happening very clearly outside the windows. Would’ve been helpful to know cost of parking which was not shared. Thermostat was stuck on cold and we couldn’t get a place to heat up. Temperature is dropped at night due to Michigan winter weather so that was not ideal. Contacted host about about the situation and never heard back."
