"Fraud cheater ..!! i have booked RK WHITE CASTLE for 15th august -17th august. when i went there . no hotel found there. management has sold their hotel building to others. still they are taking reservations. they are fraud. i have to go another hotel for stay and paid more money.pls arrange refund for me and pls remove this hotel from your booking list as it is no more at current location"

"The one that attracted me is their cleanliness and friendly staff. The customer service is excellent. The vicinity is beautiful and easily accessible from city. Must stay. Decent price. They have dine in restaurant also."

"This is a property with a breathtaking view of the Ooty huills and valleys. The cottages are good although they now require a fresh coat of paint inside. Food is decent and the breakfast spread is very good and so is the dinner buffet. Hotel staff are helpful and response to the calls is quick. Hot water timings are restricted in the mornings and evenings but that's not too much of an issue. The hotel helped us with a immersion rod beyond the normal timings so that was very helpful. Overall, we had a great stay due to the lovely weather and the enchanting views from the balcony. Highly recommended for those looking for a hotel situated away from the hustle and bustle of the main town with peace and quiet amongst the company of nature and birds."

"The housekeeping, restaurant and room services are pathetic. You call them multiple times they will not pick the phone. Their food is overpriced and not upto the mark. They take a lot of time in food preparation and also their free breakfast is same everyday. They will provide very basic south indian breakfast. The area around the resort is good but the resort is overpriced and the overall services are not good."
