「The room was nicely clean, Jesús and the rest of the staff are very friendly, attentive, and courteous and really helpful so you find everything you need. The breakfast is great, there is always someone checking that the items don't run out, and there's a lot of choices for everyone. There are a bunch of stores nearby and every thing I wanted to see from Jacksonville was no more than 30 minutes away.」

「We booked this hotel for a concert in Gainesville. When we arrived, there was five couples standing outside waiting to register. All of us needed to get to the concert in order to find parking before got too late. We waited an hour and 15 minutes for one couple to be processed. The gentleman who worked there was very nice, but was working with extremely limited resources. I think he did the best he could, but the rooms were substandard, dirty, and we didn’t get our room till 1:30 in the morning....
