“Room itself was ok, I thought it was to warm, but my husband was comfortable. However there were ants all over the sink in bathroom coming up through the air vent hole!! That was disgusting!!!”

“The staff forgot to put a blanket or comforter on our bed. Went to the front desk and they had a sign on the counter to call this number if no one was there. I wanted to talk to someone from the staff to make sure that they knew what was missing. In retrospect I wanted to make sure that I wouldn’t be charged for the missing cover. I called the phone number to the hotel and briefly talked to a worker. I told her of the mishap and that she would speak to the manager. She took my phone number and……

“Will not stay here ever again. Only stayed for two hours of my two day stay. I couldn’t do it.”

“outdoor stairs were a fun adventure for us with a snow storm, but we made it. We really enjoyed the front porch and heater in there while resting and reading. ”

“Probably the best hotel in the area. Room was acceptable but could have been cleaner. Shower seemed like it had soap residue which was not ideal. A few hairs in the bathroom. I booked an accessible room and did not get one but it wasn't the end of the world. ”

“Clean room, Staff was great, air conditioning was good, but the buffet style breakfast was lackluster. Could've been free. Seemed greedy to charge for what was offered. It was about $9 per person with only a few things to choose from. Fresh fruits, oatmeal, cereals, scrambled eggs, potatoes, and sausage links. Things that are usually free in other hotels.”

“It is good for business travel. Spartan restaurant but tasty sandwich.”

“The pool was not working !!! And that was the one thing my kids was looking forward too!!”

“I was very pleased somewhat with the cleanness of the room. However, only place that annoyed me I noticed the television screen needed to be clean and the pictures on the wall. I also had an issue in the shower where the water actually floated from the floor of the shower underneath of the block scrip on the floor into the middle of the floor in the bathroom but a pipe was there in case of flooding. We had to put down towels to absorbed it.”

“Clean room, and friendly and helpful staff. Best part was how quiet our room was. Worst part was that the treadmill in the fitness room didn’t work. Wonderfully fluffy towels. Coffee in the room was much better than the coffee at breakfast.”

“Me and my family were targeted and discriminated against. Will not be back to this location. A staff member approached my minor child and were asking inappropriate questions and it made my child and family very uncomfortable. ”
