“In the middle of all Playa del Carmen has to offer. Close to Quinta Avenida, the beach, and many restaurants. Chedraui store very close for groceries, coffee and pastries. The host is on site, very friendly, and always available. Property is very secure and provides parking. The only downside is that the music from the club at Be Playa across the street was loud on some nights.”

“Location was perfect! Easy walk to the beach and any and all shops, restaurants. Condo itself was spacious and clean, had every thing needed. Only thing that could be added to make stay better is if the condo had beach chairs could take to the beach. Other than that every thing was perfect. Will stay again for sure. ”

“Condo was very clean and great location. Very close to shopping, restaurants and beach. Front desk people were very friendly and helpful and the rooftop pool has great views. Also two jacuzzis in addition to the pool and one was actually hot, which is very rare in Mexico. We would definitely stay here again. ”

“The condo is lovely and the perfect setting for a beach vacation. We walked on the beach every morning watching a beautiful sunrise, had breakfast on the balcony and swam in the ocean or pool in the afternoon. We explored the Mayan ruins across the street and on our way into town. We walked into town for dinner and some shopping on 5th Avenue. Gabe was very responsive when we had minor issues. And best of all Gabe was our tour guide when we went snorkeling in Akumal with the turtles then Yalku.……

“Everything met and exceeded expectations. Beautiful townhouse, well furnished, in a fabulous setting. Quiet and uncrowded beach but a short walk into town. The views from the unit are spectacular and the property manager, Gabe, is very responsive and so helpful with everything from recommendations to setting up side trips. One day he took my wife and me to Chichen Itza and his wife and daughter took us out to dinner one night to one of his favorite restaurants. The owner, Pamela, is a pleasure……
