There was a small hiccup with the check in process (I think stemming from the fact that we'd booked through Expedia and not directly through the hotel itself), but that was resolved without fuss. “Taxi's couldn't drive down the street, so you had alot of stairs to climb. Poor lighting when checking in at night, and key pad has the bell sign over the # key so was confusing. Also got wrong details when checking in.”

“Found this hotel in YouTube. Well, everything is good like transportation, food outlets etc. We stayed in Room 502, the air conditioned is quite noisy and towels quality seems old, shampoo and lotion dispenser are not working on the first day. We informed housekeeper and finally fixed it. Overall, Malta is a good place to go and this hotel is a good location but need to be upkeep at all times. ”

“The communication was really good - we got all the check in info with plenty of time, and messages during our stay asking if we wanted new towels or a room clean etc. The location was also very good. The room smelt a LOT like damp. There was an extractor fan and a dehumidifier but they didn't really do anything. The bathroom was also absolutely tiny - I'm a small woman and I struggled. Overall, an okay stay but incredibly basic and I wouldn't want to stay here for longer than a few nights ”

“The location is close to the main historical buildings and tourist centres. The breakfast buffet provides diversified kinds of good foods and is worthwhile to pay extra cost for it. Most of the staff are welcoming and helpful. But the staff of cashier are a bit too cool to greet their guests. The dust on the cups in the minibar broke the image of its “blink blink cleanliness “. It’s good to live there for one day and try the breakfast buffet. But it is not suggested to live there for more……

“Location is excellent, rooms were perfect, with refreshments/fridge/minibar. Pool is very small but lovely way to cool off at end of the day. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. It would have been nice if the breakfast restaurant could have been used later in the day for refreshments - the only place is the rooftop terrace in full sun. All in all, a lovely hotel and would definitely stay again.”
