I was able to check in to my room even though arrived early thanks to Ms. Kiara at the Reception. This was my second stay in this hotel. The only downside are the amenities which lack , but if you ask anything you need , the staff will help you out. Also do enjoy a drink at the rooftop bar "

"1. Shower had a very loud whine that could not be controlled and made the whole room shake. 2. When the bathroom door was closed a large part of the marble side wall of the bath collapsed. Just not what one would expect at this price point. No hair dryer in the room and no milk for coffee. Price was €1,200 for the room for the night so you would expect more "

"I recently stayed at the hotel while attending a Forbes event and was surprised by the early start of maintenance work on the ocean-facing terrace. Beginning at 7:00 a.m., there was noticeable drilling and worker activity directly outside the balcony. Given that the hotel was fully occupied by Forbes attendees, it is unclear why such disruptive work needed to begin so early. The noise significantly impacted the guest experience, and I understand that several other guests shared similar concerns. This may be an area worth reviewing to better align operational activities with guest expectations, particularly during high-profile events."
