Prime location residence "Le FREDERIC MISTRAL" facing the sea with direct access to the beach, the city center and all amenities is the perfect accommodation to spent your holidays !
Nice studio apartment on the 1st floor (with lift) can accomodate up to 2 people with a living area of 23 m² and a terrace of 10 m² facing the sea.
Entrance hall, main room with a sofa bed (140 cm), a TV, and an equipped kitchen area (washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, ceramic hob with 2 burners, fridge). Shower room with toilet. Air-conditioning. No parking space. Additional visitor's tax. Rated 2 stars. Pets are not allowed

Extremement propre, spacieux et fonctionnel. La clim est neuve ainsi que la machine à café Belle petite terrasse et place de parking. Pas grand chose à redire en fait Petit plus Très appréciable : les bornes de charge pour VAE à l'entrée du camping
