"I cannot say enough good things about the property! Our room was perfect and had everything we could need. The staff was just incredible. They were able to get us a reservation at a great restaurant within walking distance. They were knowledgeable about the ferry times to Cinque Terre, secured us a taxi for an early morning departure on our last day, and even provided a boxed breakfast for us since we had to leave before it was being served. The rooftop bar with its beautiful view of the harbor was the icing on the cake. "

Easy and flat 25 minutes to heart of old city or to port. Host was exceptional, meeting us in person at the hnit despite numerous train delays, helped navigate a train strike for us, provided detailed food and travel recommendations. No hesitation to book again or to recommend to all. Excellent price point and phenomenal service. "
