Exactly what we needed

We loved this location, the house and the beautiful development. The house set up was exactly what our family needed with 3 kids ages 4-9. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything you would need for cooking utensils. We would definitely recommend this property!

Spring Break Snow storm Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Despite arriving during a snow storm, we enjoyed our stay. The reservation communication was professional and timely. The house was clean and had several amenties, including a hot tub, fire-table and grill as well as televisions in every room. The house was modern and updated. Having instructions on how to use the living room tv sound system and adjusting the television height and for the fire table would have been helpful. The owner was there for quick snow removal, twice and was quickly responsive to questions. The location was perfect for us and the views were gorgeous!! There was a community building with a pool that we did not have an opportunity to use, but its a nice additional option to have.

Beautiful home with open floor plan! Stocked with every necessity and comfort item that you might need/want. (Kitchen items, games for family, etc). Gorgeous setting and plenty to do for adults and kids. Also worked well for my husband and his wheelchair, which is not easy to find. Will definitely stay there again!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house has a modern house with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. We were there with 3 couples and each had their own bathroom and bedroom. The main bedroom area was large. The other 2 bedrooms were on the other end of the house and were smaller with queen beds. Bathrooms were all very nice. Open floor plan was great!We had plenty of space for us all. Had parking enough for 3 vehicles and trailers. The back covered patio with the gas fire pit was awesome!

The property was very nice. Spacious. The location is easy to get to. It worked well for our family vacation in the black hills. The house itself was lacking in a few little things that were annoying. No can opener, oven mitts and the coffee machine was broken. The propane was out for the grill. We reached out to the host to see how to replace the propane and was told it was a direct line in. We communicated back with photos trying to figure out what the host meant and did not ever receive a response. So we went and replaced the propane. Not a big deal, but annoying when we had family waiting on dinner.

It was stocked with everything you would need. We were beyond impressed with how well the kitchen was stocked and the quality of items. It was such a beautiful location. Quiet and comfortable. We enjoyed the amenities both inside and out. We have already recommended this to friends and hope/plan to return ourselves! Communication was also great. They were quick to answer any questions we had. The community club house/pools were also great. Plenty of chairs, clean pool, clean bathrooms. We loved everything. Thank you for a great vacation experience!
