We stayed here while my husband ran the Leadville 100. He was able to walk to the start line and I could watch the runners from the deck. The views of the mountains were great too. The inside of the home was much nicer than expected when you drive up.

Thanks for being pet friendly & very accommodating for our fur kid! They had extra sheets to use over the comforter & throws for the couch. He enjoyed the balcony too, the views were stunning! Great place, I liked the mountain modern decor & the sheets were super soft!! Highly recommend!

We stayed for a few days to relax and enjoy some cross-country skiing (access to the mineral belt trail is just a few blocks away). The place was clean and well stocked. First and foremost your property managers were so responsive - we had no propane and a clogged toilet when we first got there and they came right over. They were responsive online and just really great. House was nice…three bedrooms and two baths master bath very small. Hot tub was nice and porch amazing views!!!!! So nice to sit out there in the morning and in the evenings. We had a really lovely time that way. Also very close to town which was nice. Great family place and super nice and clean. Only small recommendations: put hooks in the bathrooms, bigger coffee pot, and maybe screens to keep the bees out. Thank you for a lovely Leadville stay
