“We spent a night here while travelling for work and were surprised by the large size and beauty of the house. The location is less than a block off the main street and we had no issues parking. Check in was a little confusing, but worked by the time I got to the property. I d oh don’t have a code to send to others arriving earlier until I actually showed up at the house and did not receive an email response from the hospitality company that had been emailing me about my stay. ”

“Beautiful views - mountains from the front, trees in the back. Close to town. Plenty of room for our group. Was a great place to stay!”

“The furnace and the gas fireplace both malfunctioned while we were there. The tub drain plug didn’t work. Floors were not very clean. The owner was very easy to work with which made it easier to get the heat to work. Did have 3 bedrooms as advertised which was nice. Was spacious and had a large dining table which we used to play cards at. Overall a good experience. ”

“Old, quirky, creaky and pet friendly. We (3 adults and 1 medium sized dog) had a comfortable stay that provided for a very nice weekend in Leadville. The kitchen was a little sparse but we were able to made do with no problems. We had a slight issue with the hot water heater but the host was very responsive and got that taken care of quickly which was greatly appreciated. Good location and easy access to everything local. Overall the place was not quite as clean as we would have liked……

“Beautiful, cozy home! We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was well-stocked with everything we needed and very clean. The location was perfect….we walked down to the shops and the museums, and for the day we took the very scenic train ride, we didn’t have to bother with finding parking for that because we just walked right across the street to the train depot! We had a wonderful time in Leadville and this house was a great place to stay. ”
