「Beds worked but not really a great hotel」

「The code provided didn’t work. Many attempts were made to contact staff with no success. We ended up leaving and staying elsewhere. We received a message the next morning from the staff. We paid for a room we could not use. There were several people at the property with the same issue. The staff does not answer the phone or respond to the chat feature they send.」

「Great location if you’re staying in Leadville. Probably the lowest quality $300/night I’ve spent on a hotel outside of NYC. But prob worth it if you need to stay inside Leadville itself.」

「The toilet was clogged when we arrived. There was no soap provided so we had to go out and buy some because the front desk wasn't manned at 7 am. There was a toaster in the lobby which was weird because there wasn't breakfast.」

「Overall it was decent. The coffee shop in the hotel was closed today because no one showed up to work. Hotel employee said it happens every so often. Shame, it’s good and is frequented by a lot of non-guests too. Be prepared for some dogs barking, only kept us up one night of our stay. The location is great, easy walking to lots of stuff. Staff were helpful, they were quick to get our car when we wanted it.」

「Very nice and considerate staff from the front desk to the dining. Dining area was clean, food quality, eggs and bacon was okay. Cereal and yogurt available. Coffee and OJ could be stronger, but clean and enough to get us back on the road. There is a coffee house nearby and a 3 quick places to eat within a couple minute walk.」

「Overpriced the breakfast is nothing to boast about muffins cereal and yogurt not much more coffee is terrible.」

「I love how central the location was. Great food and fun shopes. Near all the places to be in Colorado. Stay with confidence. Its clean cute and unique」
