“Overall a good experience”

“The hotel did not honor my Expedia reservation, telling me to work with Expedia to obtain a refund There was a lamp in the living room whose light bulb was dangling down the side of the lamp. The TV in the bedroom did not have a picture, other than a constant picture of HMDI 1”

“This version sounds personal and genuine, like something you’d naturally say: I absolutely love staying here. The rooms are big and clean, and the location is perfect. You can be downtown within minutes, and there are restaurants, stores, and businesses all around, so even if you don’t have a car, you can easily walk somewhere to eat or pick up what you need. What keeps me coming back, though, is the staff. I honestly feel like I can call them my friends. As a female, there have been times……

“We didn’t even stay and lost out on the money I paid. The smell was horrible, the sheets were dirty and there were roaches crawling around”

“The staff was not friendly. It was very hot in the hotel/hallways. Almost as if they didn’t have any AC. It was miserable. That made us skip breakfast. The trash cans were full in the hallways so it smelled really bad after you walked off the elevator. The AC in the room worked, however, it kept going on and off and was never on constantly which is very annoying. The room was clean but had a bad smell. The beds squeaked every time you moved. Check-in was delayed significantly by a slow computer system, which is not ideal after a long travel day.
