Its too noisey, outside is the bis stop, good news is convenient, bad news is too noisey !! Plus the night bar is next to hotel/apartment , so at night tume, its almost impossible to fall asleep.alway people shout out loud, talking , smokubg!! And the next door might be cooking something really smelly all the time (we stayed there 7 nights, we smelled it since the second day) we contact the owner, but he replyed hecould do nothing about it. (He shouldhVe at least done dimetjing like :next time they would ask clients not to makesmelly food, otherwise will fine $xx pounds. Also, there was only one 1 roll of tissue for 7 nights,,so we have to ask for more. But the cleaning lady was nice and helpful.

There was an issue with our booking but the owner went out of his way to make it right, despite him being out of the country on business. The location is great, perfect for seeing all of Leeds city center. If you have to check out but have a late flight, consider hanging out at the library right next to the gallery across the street.

Please note this apartment is not at the front and has no balcony. Very clean in a fantastic location. Great communication with the owner. Ok for a few night but small therefore wouldn't like to stay longer than a few nights at a time but overall I would recommend for a short break.

A great studio apartment, which was bigger than I expected it to be from the description. The location is also excellent, ten minutes walk from the shops and bars and also close to both Leeds Arena and the O2 Academy. A great weekend. Would definitely use again!

Communal lift was broken. Communal hallways and strains were filthy and the room itself although on first view seemed clean. But bathroom plug didn’t work properly. We used the shower 4 times over the weekend and each time we have to stop and restart it as it would simple go cold. The window were filthy and the vertical blind was dirty and some of the shades would just drop off if you trying move the blind open or shut. The handle to window was broken and came off in your hand. The fact the flat was directly outside a bus stop and the window basically was in line with the top deck of every bus that passed you have to have the blinds constantly closed for privacy and also with that constant worry that the littlest knock to one of the blades would make then fall down and you are then very much on show to the work. The laminate flooring was springing and noisey as it hadn’t been fit correctly as must of expanded as it was like a spring board to walk over. We were expecting the Mal or the Hilton but for the money spend a working show. A non broken window handle and a decent bed would of been expected. I would of been expecting a full refund of this was a travel inn or premium in. I was offered an extended check out in a previous message even though I was told that was possible when I request one before moving in. It was a token gesture but with the 2’poor night we slept there it didn’t really resolve. Expedia I would like to know how refunds are requested
