“Such a cute little house! I loved our stay and it was very convenient to go to explore Zion National Park from here! We also enjoyed the Red Cliffs recreation area and Quail Lake that were only a 5 minute drive away! The winery down the street had some tasty wine and a Mexican restaurant right near by was also great. My only complaint is that I didn't have time to stay longer!”

“The actual RV is not like the picture. It’s dated and the finishings are not like the photos. The place was not clean- there was gum stuck to the wall on the top bunk, hair on the bathroom wall and all over the welcome mat. Several lights didn’t work and there was no curtain on one of the windows by the bunk beds. While the place is cheap, we did not feel it was worth the money. The owners need to give the place some love. ”

“Pros: Good and quiet neighborhood, pet friendly, and close to several outdoor hiking areas. Communication with host was good despite holiday travel. There was access to a small communal building with private single stall men and women’s bathrooms with a shower in each. There is also an onsite place to do laundry for a fee. Cons: The camper could use some TLC and was hot during our stay in the middle of summer. The sofa did not have much support left in it and the cushions at the table benches……

“Cindy is an amazing host and very responsive and communicative. In most cases, she responded immediately and digitally, not in person, which gave us our privacy. This unit is attached to the owner’s house but has a dedicated gravel driveway and entrance for guests. Someone enters the unit daily to replenish breakfast items. The unit is spacious, clean and inviting with thoughtful touches like snacks. The unit is in a residential neighborhood so is very quiet. This was an ideal midpoint home……

“The Riv was a beautiful, quiet spot with great views. I could tell everything in the space was well thought through and intentional. We split our time at Zion between the Riv and another hotel closer to Springdale and I found myself missing the private setting of the Riv. Their customer service is wonderful and Melissa was very helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend the Riv!”

“Overall, I recommend this property! It’s very spacious, private, clean, and easily houses 4 people. The host was super responsive, and the listing is completely accurate. A couple of quick notes for future guests: as noted in the description, the only access is via an exterior metal staircase (take care as it gets a bit slippery when wet). The balcony view isn't the best, and the patio furniture was pretty dusty and could use a wash. Otherwise, a great stay!”

“Everybody so nice to me, so welcome Highly recommended this place”

“Priced just right, clean, convenient location, located in a nice neighborhood. Great host! Will book again in the future!”

“Great room surrounded by beautiful scenery. And the hosts are just the best”

“The name lived up to the expectations- Home was super cute and cozy. Space was well designed and home had all the amenities you could imagine. Thoughtful binder full of information about the area and things to do was helpful. Garage opener was great convenience. Definitely stay here again but just longer.”

“Was a cute little place close to everything we had planned!”

“Abbiamo soggiornato in 3 ragazze per due notti. Casa molto piccola ma con tutto il necessario e gli spazi ottimizzati al massimo. C’è anche la lavatrice e il detersivo. Unica pecca il fornello ad induzione non raggiungeva il massimo della potenza e per bollire una pentola di acqua ci abbiamo messo 1h. Il resto tutto perfetto”

“Honestly could not have asked for a better stay! The location in Hurricane was super convenient, making it so easy to get around and explore. The place itself is gorgeous, clean, and full of sweet, thoughtful details—the personalized welcome note when we arrived was such a nice touch. Communication with the host was top-notch from day one, super responsive and helpful. The view of the canyons is spectacular! Would stay here again in a heartbeat! Highly recommend to anyone coming through the……
