Million Dollar Sunrise View

Our home is 4 bedroom, 2 Bathroom that sleeps 8, updated kitchen, dinning and seating with open floor plan and 2 full bathrooms with shower tub combo. Large out door deck, boat ramp, private dock and fire pit. Enjoy the peace and tranquillity of nature. The large deck overlooks the lake where you may see bald eagles, mallard ducks, Canadian geese, osprey. We even have an owl that lives in the woods. You can fish from the newly refurbished dock or just sit and enjoy the view. Our house is cozy and comfortable. It may not be the biggest or the fanciest but you will enjoy a million dollar view. Enjoy your morning coffee as the sunrises right in front. Even though the sunset is behind the house as it sets the view across the lake and changing colors on the water is beautiful. If you are here for fishing this is the perfect location. Dreher Island is directly in front of the house by water. You can launch your boat from the boat ramp and be at Dreher Island State Park in 5 minutes. The house location gives great access by boat to the dam to the right and to the left is Little River and Blacks Bridge. Bring your boat and enjoy restaurants by water. Liberty Tap room, Buffalo Creek or Fiddler Blues are our favorites. Before your stay if you would like arrangements for a boat charter or fishing tour please let us know. Important to note - the home has steps both out side and inside. There are hand rails. If you have mobility issues please know this is our home and is not handicap accessible.
