“This is the coolest apartment I’ve ever rented. It’s located on a quiet street a stone’s throw from Notre Dame, but is insulated from the noise and crowds. Everything is extremely well appointed: laundry, dishes, appliances, deep soaking tub with plenty of hot water, elevator, towels, dark bedroom for sleeping in, Champagne glasses, handy Paris/France tourist books and owners’ excellent shopping and dining recommendations, closet space, comfortable bed, and the glorious terrace, which makes you……

“Amazing location only a 4 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower.I had read the previous reviews, so knew it was small, but probably didn’t expect it to be so small that we had to rearrange furniture to open the sofa bed. In the end, it really was just a place to sleep, and it was surprisingly quiet at night, given the area.The bathroom needs a good refresh, but everything worked well and was clean.The washing machine was a plus, but a drying rack would have been useful.I would recommend this apartment……

“Very nice property, conveniently located. Close to all the major sites in Paris. Apartment is as advertised, with individual air conditioners in all but one room. Eclectically decorated by the property owner who is a very accomplished professional artist. She is also a one-of-kind host, with outstanding personalized service, including daily delivery of an assortment of fresh croissants and baguettes that got our family of 7 off to a fresh start every morning. You won’t find a more thoughtful……

“Our family really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment is located on a small street, keeping noise down, but it is a short walk to cafes, attractions (Luxembourg Gardens, Seine, Notre Dame, etc…), and the Metro. The layout is nice, with communal areas upstairs and the bedrooms below. This means yo never have to worry about an upstairs neighbor keeping you up at night. There is a Monoprix grocery store just around the corner if you want to stock food and drinks for the kitchen. Communication……
