Fantasic Location!

Spacious lovely 4BR villa! The location was great, it was so convenient! There was mini mart & restaurants just a few mins walk away! Try the Pork Star at the corner! It was a hidden gem! Yummy truffle mushroom pasta & bacon roll! Host was really nice to provide insect repellent & mosquito coil! House keeper was great! So thankful for one of the staff for helping me to look for & buy dressing materials for my wound! I forgot his name but he’s really a very nice guy! And not forgetting, he even help us to order & buy a birthday cake for us to surprise our friend! And also decorating my friend’s room with roses & candles! Could be better: 1. The air cooler wasn’t working so it gets quite warm if you’re chilling at the dining area. 2. Toilet bowl was spoiled in the last room. 3. More hangers in the room or probably install some hook on the walls so other people will be able to hang up their clothes. Overall was a great stay! We had a great time here! Will definitely stay here again when I’m back!

nothing like the photos...it was disgusting!

Worst accommodation experience we’ve ever had. Booked the 4 bedroom villas and when we got there we were told we couldn’t stay as there were electrical & flooding problems and didn’t help us to find alternative accommodation. Being New Year’s Eve we drove around for hours without any success so had no choice but to stay there for 1 night. Worst night ever! This place was so dirty, big cob webs throughout, the sofas and furnishings were so dirty, we didn’t even want to sit on them. kitchens & bathrooms were atrocious, No security, none of the external or internal doors could lock. Expedia should not allow this accommodation on their website as it’s photos and description is way too deceiving and false advertising. Don’t put yourself through it!

Terrible villa & service with a RAT in the villa!

This is the worse experience ever for us! The villa doesn't look the same as in the pictures. First, I book 4bedrooms (3queen bed & 1 twin) villa but they gave us 2 villa of 2bedrooms with 4 queen beds which 2 big guys has to share the same bed! The villa is in bad condition. The water in bathroom and kitchen smell so bad. Shower head didn't work properly. We told the manager, he said he'll fix but NEVER. And there's a RAT in the villa. When we called the manager he said may be cause we don't keep the food properly in the refrigerator which is not true. Our flight is midnight so we called the manager to ask if we can pay extra hour to keep our stuffs at the villa. First, he said we can use 4bedrooms villa and do not need to pay anything. But 10pm the day before check-out, he called back and said we can't use that villa anymore. We have to check-out at 12pm noon time. This is TERRIBLE! We love Bali but not Antara Villa
