飯店很新,房間很大很舒服,客服很幫忙.但是 我們訂兩間房一間雙單床房,一間雙人床房,但飯店無法提供雙人床房間 且說我們訂錯沒有空房可以調整. 所以只好合併兩張單人床為一張大床.

因为飞机到了已是夜晚，就找了稍便宜的酒店过渡一夜。到达酒店已经凌晨两点，酒店接待人员很nice，也有人帮忙抬行李，房间很干净整洁，性价比不错！

Not clean (sheet smelled like piss), had to ask for a change. No towels and toilet paper, had to ask. Floor not so clean, thick black hair everywhere (I'm blonde so not mine) Room was pretty big, and quiet.

I know I did not book a luxury accommodation but a dirty toilet seat is below any standard! The sheets did not feel/smell very clean also. But with the price paid I guess this is what you (can) get.

I know that sometimes other travelers have different experiences, but I seriously think people have to think about what they paid for before putting up negative reviews. We were greeted by helpful staff and the room had everything we needed for the time we were there. No one could argue about the location... it’s right in the middle of the main part of Legian. If you want a view, book a room with a garden or ocean view in a hotel that has one and pay for that privilege. Don’t expect a window overseeing anything exciting from the middle of a main road!

Pour commencer kuta plus jamais. Ça pue les égouts et les gens sont désagréables. Pour ce qui est de l hôtel le personnel est acceuillant. La chambre est bien et confortable. Niveau hygiène par contre ils travaillent pas vraiment. Les essuie sales, la poussière partout, le moisi dans la salle de bain... le petit déjeuner très limité. Des oeufs 1 toast un jus et un café. Oubliez les kellogs ou la Nutella.

Très bonne literie, wifi et clim top, très bien placé (quelques minutes à pieds de la plage et du centre), bouteilles d’eau dispo dans la chambre, personnel très accueillant, réception très jolie. Points négatifs : le ménage. Pas nickel... (draps, serviettes, SDB, sols, ...). Pensez à prendre masque de nuit et surtout boules quies !! Mais je recommande tout de même, pour le prix rien à dire !

The location was excellent. The room and bed itself was very comfortable and bathroom fantastic. I couldn’t believe i had such a great room at such a low price. The only downfall was that it was pretty noisy most nights from my room for various reasons - not from the street noise which was quiet. I otherwise totally recommend it, particularly for solo ppl on a budget.

The stay was ok rooms reasonably clean stay on my own was ok. Didn't get the room I booked that didn't bother me to much I know its a budget hotel but at least a kettle. But the worst thing of all was the towels got there looked like old dish rags grey old was hoping next day that would change each day same old grey ( think was white at some time ). Would I stay there again on my own yes just take your own towel.
